Seller was very responsive & mabait din even if super dami ko questions sa kanya. Ordered on 7/21, shipped 7/22, received 7/23 (im from pampanga). Has lots of freebies, too. And if you want cutesy cutesy na engravings, they accept emoticons (unlike other shops ) and that pretty much sold meeeeee I was so happy that I purchased my first ever littman here
